Let me guess all the accessories for the Mod bikes came from Bicycle shops or Pep Boys
(Manny, Moe and Jack).

We used to get Rifle cleaning rods from Turner Sporting good and attach them to clamps to make our 24,36 inch mirrors.

That looks like the same Jet I saw at Scooterville in Canoga Park, but my dad made me get a P125 since I was going to the University of Arizona and there were no "Lambretta" shops there, only Vespa.

But you can certainly tell by the hair-styles in that picture you were tettering on whether to be "Mod" or Duran Duran wanna-be's on scooters!
