$800 is awfully steep for an LD is questionable condition. For that much, I'd want to see the thing run and make sure that it was complete. Seems like Performance up in Monteal had a package deal of a couple LD's for not alot more than that recently. Ask lots of questions, make sure it's complete, try to talk the seller down (say $500 if it's in pretty good shape otherwise). Ask if it has a title.
