I made a posting here suggesting that a couple of years ago. You can get them at any Kmart or
similar store. The large or extra large sizes are what you want. They're usually under 5
bucks. The last one I bought, I sprang for the extra-fancy one lined with nylon so it would
slide on and off easier.
