To be quite honest with you, there will be alot of scooter choices begining next spring. The overall scooter market looks very promising for the U.S. market. Italjet, Aprilia, Piaggio, MBK/Yamaha, Derbi, etc. Just for the spring season. Just think, in a few years, will be carrying a European market of scooters on our very doorsteps. Almost all the scooters are excellent, they all virtually have the front disk brakes, electronic CDI ignition, higher output motors from the factory. Whatever you choose you pretty much cannot lose.

Generally speaking though old school scooters require more detailed and creative repairs, that require more attention. New school scooters are virtually balanced and do not require as much attention. Whatever you fancy go for it. Heck why not both types? Cheers.
