no, it's not the same as the skilsaw. a skilsaw comes with safety features. if you defeat the safety features and get hurt, your fault. if you use the safety features and still get hurt, still probably your fault. if the safety features are malfunctioning from manufacturer's defect, their fault. McDonald's has culpability by serving a product outside of the safe range and admitting to doing so.
