How to brew the ultimate drink

1.
What is the best temperature to brew coffee?

According to the SCAA, the optimal water temperature for coffee is 92 - 96C (197.6 - 204.8F) for 90% of the contact time.

Considering the cooling time from the point at which the water boils in a kettle to my pouring it into the press - I'd say that I'm right in the correct range...

I still disagree with the lawsuit. She was being handed hot coffee (which no doubt cooled from the time it was poured into the cup and handed to her - so the temperature at which it is "served" means nothing since coffee cools rapidly).

She spilled it.

I'm sure it hurt, but so does life.
