Please use proper maintenance on your tires. Correct inflations rates, and check for wear. A tire blow out can cause and out of control situation to occur and as a responsible driver it is necessary to adhere to routine and proper maintenance to ensure safe driving conditions for you vehicle.

It is very important to wear a DOT approved safety helmet. This is not required in all countries, cities and states, but I strongly recommend the use of a helmet to help protect you in the case of a accident.

Please use caution when operating this motor vehicle and Seller strongly recommends that the purchaser follow the rules of the road. Seller also cautions buyer to use reasonable prudence in operating the vehicle. Riding the motor scooter during or immediately following rainfall may be hazardous to person and property. Buyer should never ride when detrimentally fatigued, or impaired by alcoholic beverages or drugs. Seller recommends that purchaser check his or her local and state rules regarding freeway eligibility.
