I am putting everyone on notice to stop calling Roketa illegal until I personally verify their status. I will not tolerate any slamming or bashing until I confirm myself. I do think there are decent people behind decent companies that are suffering from bad dealers, but that is not the manufacturer/importer. If the company is legitimate and they have bad individual dealers, we can provide a service to both the general public and to the scooter brand by identifying the bad parties. I feel that companies that begin communication via the BBS are clearly not trying to hide. That said, it is a BIG mistake to pretend to be legit and post here as I will guarantee you all I will find out the real story if they are bogus. Once I have validation of legal status, I will not allow anonymous postings of libel and slander. I respect the giant pain it is to get certification and you should too. So, I am granting Roketa special amnesty until independent verification. Respect the rules. This isnt a witchhunt. We want real answers. |

Thanks! And I assure you that we are legit.
Bring your camera and an open mind I you will leave happy.
We are young and full of ambition. Please be advised. I do not sugar coat and I am not a PR person so my posts may come off at times a bit harsh or with an edge. This is simply my way of stating what is fact and what is fiction. I welcome any of you to visit us, even though we are not set up to handle normal public visits. I would love to visit your facility with a camera and take a picture of your engines on the 50cc bahama.You have some kind of an additional vacumn pump on these mopeds which no one in your facility or at scooterdepot.us where I purchased the mopeds from seems to know anything about.Be fair and please do not take this pump off till I can take pictures of it.I would just like to verify its existense,because no one seems to know anything about it.In the mean time I have three(we will call them scooter depot mopeds,although they all say roketa on them),that will not idle or get much above 25mph.What happens if there is a problem with this pump?Roketa does not know what it is,scooter depot does not know either,tank does not know,and wildfire has no clue either?Tried calling china,but have not recieved a response from them(better brush up on my Chinese in the meantime).
