Here's a bike with 4 speed automatic, 12HP engine (Yamaha OEM nonetheless) and "reinforced aluminum alloy frame" for only $799 reserve!!!

In addition to all this, it's sold under Roketa name, but apparently real Roketa has nothing to do with them!

EPA, if you're reading this, I would really like to know whose EPA label these people stole.

Is it a Roketa? Is it a Vespa? Hell, is it a Moped? What is it??? It is probably a horrible experience waiting to happen, I'm guessing. No warranty whatsoever, the "company" has a Gmail account, and have a look at how much negative feedback this "power seller" has. Plenty of misspellings in the cert of origin too. *scratching head* Hmmm... should I or shouldn't I...

This is a good exmaple of what is going on with the illegals. They know that the public is starting to get wise, so they rip off companies that are trying to comply.

Speaking of the cert of origin... This one looks like it was purchased from Office Max. No security features. Many states will throw it right out, so customers will not be able to register the bikes.

ebay negative feedback: Was not what I ordered. Suppose to have Honda motor, did not. Bait and Switch!

Reply by pocketracers: It is a Honda OEM! We never state oringinal HONDA! We only carry HONDA OEM!

No shit. I always thought OEM meant Original Equipment Manufacturer.

What could pocketracers mean by it? Outside Exquisite Marketing? Obtuse Excremental Meandering?

Who knows. It is good to know that these things have 25% more storage.
