I have been reading alot of bashing from people on a few sites and I can not believe people would do business with a site that takes months do deliver a scooter, I do not even charge your card until we are ready to ship, that would be silly, the one thing I do not want is a charge back, Why would you buy something from someone that does not answer the phone or emails, its not worth it and you guys call them and email a whole bunch of times and they blow you off and you take it, why is this so. My prices might be a little high but I need to do that in order to supply the service of door to door and ligtgates, this thing of charging the customer for a liftgate is outa hand, why would a retail store rely on the the customer to offload a huge scooter, my smaller ones yes and I tell everyone up front exactly what they are getting and when and if I can not come through than so be it. I am writing this because I can not stand it any longer, the scooters I sell are the very ones you guys are buying from other sites and waiting so long, the whole Tank thing is crazy, why so you can save a hundred dollars, there sure are parts and if you got a scooter from scootertronics I am here everyday plus a small staff, this is my company and I love it and tear it up, I also work for other websites you guys have had problems with and I never heard from you, I deal with broken scooters and parts eveyday, its kinda crazy all these people wanting parts in the winter but they do so what the heck I sell them to them. If anyone wants a new scooter then call me up tell me you are from the board and I will give a very cool leather racing jacket for free as a matter of fact if you have a scooter that I sell and you send me a pic of you or anybody on the scooter I will give a gift from my site that you need within reason, I just can not stand it when the scooters I sell are taking such a beating, I tell you I got some Vespa look a likes fromn Verucci and Meitian that blow doors much better than my Geelys but they cost you so lets be cool and deal with real people, if I have offend you just bash me good and make sure you give me a link
