"whatever happened to..."

Whatever happened to the U.S. soldier who threw a bunch of grenades in his own barracks in Iraq and killed his superior? I never heard anything after the event. Just wondering. I've heard nonstop chatter on the news for a year about Scott Peterson, Martha Stewart, Michael Jackson, Kobe Bryant. I thought there would be at least some mention of what happened to that soldier.

Last I heard on that was a few weeks ago on the radio. His defence team is trying to build up the case saying that he fragged his superior officers because he was afraid they were going to kill his fellow muslims, and he couldn't let that happen. No, I don't have a link to that. I just heard it on the local AM news station. ~Scott ~Scott
