Chopper, I am the only American in my family (the rest are Canadian.) I lived in Canada for 3 years, and I can tell you from experience that those Canadians are vicious! Have you ever seen them with a club in their hands as they reel a salmon into the boat? Once in the boat, they whack that salmon over the head and it's all over!  |

How did you find out about that!!! Celine was suppose to be our "gal on the inside" ... Ooohhh her Husband Commander René will be pissed!
Sort of off topic but still funny none the less .. for those of you who didn't know, our version of the Pentagon ( called the Department of National Defence .... D.N.D. for short ) is so well guarded, it's connected by a bridge to a shopping mall. you can catch a bus right outside the front doors ... The US Embassy, right in the heart of downtown Ottawa, is soo damn fortified you can't even walk past it on the same side of the street! Now .. this is what I'd do ... I'd move the US embassy to a slightly more ... unloved part of the city .. Vanier for example ..that way if some terrorist organization decides to pull some shit, on one will care what happens to the people in Vanier. ( it's a fuggin' hole there anyway ) I'd move the D.N.D. to the newly vacated US embassy in the core and expand the shopping mall into the old D.N.D. building ... V.G.H |

Coling Powell might as well go on vacation for the rest of Bush's term. The Pentagon has been running the whole show from day one in Bush's administration, even for such things such as bidding and contracts. Why even bother having a State Department?
