I've already exhausted google search to the best of my ability. I eventually found a couple of really good step-by-step restoration sites.
I'd really like to find owners manuals or brochures.
I figured it wouldn't hurt to post here.

I own one that I pull with my Prowler painted with flames to match. In the process of replacing the floor and refinishing the cabinets.

Not sure how to post a pic but if anyone is interested I will send pics.

Go to any auto motive store like Kragen or nappa and they can sell you the adapter. Its a 6. I haul my 1943 puck with a 98 dodge van. It is so light that if you happen to jack knife it in the middle of the road you can turn it around yourself by hand. Don't need that male energy. Besides that you can park it exactly where you want it. Have fun.

I bought it for $700 on ebay! It was 3.5 hrs from me around the WI/MN border. Apparently it was flown over in the belly of a cargo plane by a serviceman at some point, stayed in arizona for years and then the P.O. towed it up north, stuck it in a pole barn and eventually listed it on ebay suggesting it could make a good ice-fishing shack.

The metal is in very good condition, the cabinetry is ok, the vinyl and insulation are shot and the entire rear interior is missing. Also the rear window has been replaced with a sheet of aluminum. Rear lights are nonoriginal as well.

Since original parts are basically unobtainable (fill me in if you know otherwise!), there's really no hope of doing a "factory" restoration. I figured I could come up with a more useful interior design anyway.

I still thought it was a pretty good deal as Pucks really seem to start at $1500 for sorry examples. Used to be into VWs and then after years away, one fateful day searching ebay I typed in "eriba". Haven't found another one since. Serendipity I tells ya.

Your best bet as far as orginallity is to use your own personality. Let me tell you, i am just starting on mine. It did come with the orginal stove, sink, coldbox which of course is turquoise blue. I put in a new floor and it waited out two winters at my brothers place and let me tell you we had come pretty heavy rains here in Calaveras county california. It stayed so dryed. The pop up part is this bright orange which i'm sure you could use for a sighting if you ever get lost. I'm going to do a leopard thing to mine just to be different. Of course I can because I'm a feamale. Not to many people have seen these little jems.
we are so lucky to have one. Lots of Luck. The tires are real fun to.

Looking for Eriba Puck in Central USA, Texas area. They are the most facinating trailers in the USA/Europe in my opinion. I regret not getting one when I was stationed in Germany with the US Army. Maybe getting one from England (bugpuck) and having it shipped to the East Coast USA may be my only choice.

For a few Eriba trailers in the U.S. go to

http://www.thesamba.com/vw/classifieds/search.php?submit=yes&keywords=eriba&type=text&stype=all&username=&yearfrom=&yearto=&model%5B%5D=§ion%5B%5D=&wanted=show&zip=&zipdist=0&state%5B%5D=&usaregion=&country=&sort=date&sort_order=DESC&submitButton=Search

If that long link doesn't work. Go to www.thesamba.com - search Eriba...
